Preconstruction through Closeout
The preconstruction phase commences during design focusing on budgeting, value engineering, constructability analysis, scheduling, phasing and site logistics studies. Then, with state-of-the-art technological systems full administration of the construction phase is directed. Finally, we focus our efforts on contract close-outs soon after substantial completion and beneficial occupancy with post occupancy and warranty inspections 10 months after project completion, and just prior to the expiration of the 12-month warranty period.
